Our last appointment went fine. I was checked out by another doctor in the practice just in case my doctor for some reason would not be available for my delivery. He was very nice and told me everything seems to be right on measurement wise. Still no weight gain but he he didnt seem worried because of the special diet I am on. I go back tomorrow for another checkup so we'll see if all that Oberweiss ice-cream has done some weight damage! Norah is extremely active and I can tell she has a lot less room to do flips and big soccer kicks. She is now stretching out her body parts for everyone to see. We went on a tour of our hospital last week and were able to see what our delivery room will look like, meet the nurses, etc. We may be having one more ultrasound at 36 weeks to check her size. That will give the doctor's an idea of when a good time would be for her to come meet us! Continue to keep us in your prayers. We are counting down the weeks :) I have butterflies just typing about all of this!!!

Shower #1 Hosted By Anita and Anne
Anita and Anne went all out and hosted the most beautiful shower for Norah and I. Everything was too good to be true! Family and friends, games, great food, unbelievable gifts, decorations, and of course CAKE!!! Great job ladies on a memorable experience I will never forget. Thank you, thank you, thank you for making us feel so special. Norah's nursery is bombarded with wonderful things to put away. Thanks to all who shared this day with me. I have included just a few pics from the day...We have a check-up tomorrow morning and then a few classes at the end of the week. The countdown is on!!!! Baby Norah is growing everyday in my expanding belly.

Finally....the nursery!
Sorry for the delay. Here are pics of the nursery that I have been promising. I had a checkup yesterday. All went well. She put me on a new iron supplement that is a little stronger to see if that would help with my anemia. I gained one pound but that is normal she said after starting a gestational diabetes diet. I have also posted a few belly pics taken lastnight (almost 29 weeks). Lastly, a pic of our "babyville" family room. Norah's stuff is taking over and as you can see, Rhu isnt too happy about it. First we take Rhu's room, now her corner where her dog bed was. Im going to need to buy her lots of frosty paws (doggie ice cream) to make up for it!!! Have a good day!
